Stuart Outten Elected President of PDCA
| Stuart Outten of Capitol Cleaners in Dover, DE, has been elected president of PDCA for 2008 and 2009, and becomes the first person from the first state to hold that office. He has previously served the association as treasurer, membership chairman and vice president. Other new officers are Dave Beatty, Murrysville Cleaners, Murrysville, PA, Vice President; Tom Chido, Chido’s Dry Cleaners, Erie, PA, treasurer; Gary Cuda, Prosperity Cleaners, Pittsburgh, Secretary. Dale Kaplan, Kaplan’s Careful Cleaners, Camp Hill, PA, continues in his role as vice president for government relations and David Rosenblatt, Green Valley Cleaners, N. Huntingdon, PA remains as budget chair. |
